ABOUT ME

Born in London UK, living in Vancouver Canada.

Photography has been a part of my life ever since I was a young boy. My Mother worked in a darkroom and my uncle worked for Technicolour. At the age of 6 my uncle showed me how to load and unload film in the dark, leading on to developing & printing as I grew older. As a teenager I built my own my darkroom under the staircase in our family house.

I purchased my 1st Canon SLR at 17 years old and was intrigued to know how to use the settings on the camera so I went to night school to learn the basic fundamentals in photography. With this knowledge I was prepared to take the world on.

 

At 20 years old I chose the path of a hairstylist and it wasn't long before I began taking photos of all my work. This progressed into studio work is which I began to study light.

I shot portrait hair photography my entire time as a photographer helping many hairdressers win awards for their work & for myself.

Now I have extended my work into Urban photography, Glamour, Boudoir, Fine Art.
